This housing guide is an editorial preview awaiting human review. No rent amount, payment schedule or housing unlock condition has been manually verified for our database. Use the rent calculator as a budget planner with values you enter, rather than as a quote for game housing.

Check the actual payment before budgeting

If the game presents a housing payment, record the exact amount and the period it covers. Also note whether an amount is paid once or repeats. An advertised figure is not enough to infer a deposit, a utility bill, a tax or a refund rule.

The official terms discuss possible economy features and adjustments. They do not establish a verified rent table or a universal billing cycle. We therefore do not publish weekly rents simply because another guide uses a weekly budget.

Choose one budget period

Pick the period you want to plan: for example, a week or a month that you define for the calculation. Enter income and recurring costs for that same period. The labels describe your budget units and do not confirm how the game clock works.

The calculator asks how often you pay the full rent amount, measured in your chosen budget periods. It deducts the first full payment in period 1. If you pay every two periods, later full payments fall in periods 3, 5 and so on; it does not divide the payment evenly between periods. This cash-flow schedule is your planning assumption. Match it to the payment timing you observe in the game and make sure you have enough funds when a payment is due.

If you do not know a conversion, do not invent one. Change the inputs to a common period you can support, or leave the estimate unfinished until you can verify the missing information.

Separate recurring and one-time costs

Recurring expenses affect every forecast period. A one-time cost affects the initial period only. Use those fields for costs you have observed or for a scenario you deliberately choose to test. They do not assert that all players owe a particular fee.

Your starting balance is counted once. Your income and recurring spending repeat across the number of periods you request. The forecast shows a Projected shortfall when the estimated balance becomes negative. It cannot guarantee a payment will succeed or tell you an in-game penalty for missing one.

Compare a lower-cost scenario

Enter the same income and starting balance for each housing plan. Change only the rent or the expenses you want to compare. This makes the effect of the chosen cost easier to see. Keep a reserve if you want to test an unexpected expense, and label it as your own scenario.

The salary calculator can supply a period income estimate, but use its result only after matching periods and accounting for any expenses already included. Counting the same expense in both calculators would understate your remaining balance.

Read income planning for the income-versus-cost method and the beginner guide for currency context. Game Naira is virtual game money; it cannot be cashed out. The official terms are our public reference, while detailed housing mechanics remain pending verification.
