Editorial policy & data standards
A source is the start of a claim, not the end of its review. Here is how information earns a place in our guides and tools.
Policy updated October 10, 2026.
Sources and permission
We use official public references, permitted manual observations, authorized data, and player reports that have been independently checked. Other fan sites help us identify questions; their figures do not become verified game facts merely by repetition.
Publication requires a human reviewer
Articles move from draft to review to published. An approved article needs an identifiable reviewer, publication date, verification date and sources. AI may assist with structure and wording; it cannot invent gameplay, figures, testimony or an official announcement.
Data status
- Verified: a reviewed observation with a permitted source, version and check date.
- Provisional: incomplete evidence; never automatically fills a calculator.
- Stale: a previously verified observation that needs rechecking.
- Disputed: conflicting evidence; amounts are withheld and default comparison excludes the record.
Career wages can fill a calculator only when the career and selected level are both currently verified. No game rule is inferred from a calculator default.
Corrections and history
Data updates retain sources and immutable snapshots. Updates distinguish companion changes from official game changes. We do not scrape private game services or automate gameplay.
